Brush lettering is a popular and commercial style of lettering seen everywhere from packaging to greetings cards to signage.
It is versatile and easy to learn! All you need is a brush and some ink or a brush pen.
Learn the Art of beautiful Brush Lettering with our Beginners workshop led by the lovely Leanda of Fine Letter Co.

Sunday 1st December 2019/ 10:30 to 1:00 pm / Christmas Special!*
Sunday 12th January 2020 / 10:30 to 1:00 pm / Regular class
Our Christmas Special Beginners Brush Lettering workshops include the same tutored introduction but with a festive twist!
Rather than learning how to write out a quote you’ll use gold and silver inks to create stunning Christmas cards to take away with you at the end of the workshop!
In this calming and creative Sunday morning workshop, Leanda will take you step by step through a brush lettering alphabet - providing a full toolkit to support your studies - culminating in creating your own brush lettered artwork to take home at the end of the session.
You'll begin by learning practice strokes and getting a feel for working with a brush pen, before moving on to learning both lower and uppercase letter-forms. Then we'll be putting them together to make words before finally writing out a phrase.
By the end of the workshop you will have created a beautiful piece brush lettered artwork that you can take home, frame and hang on your wall! Your workshop booking includes a Pentel Colour Brush - Leanda's favourite tool for brush lettering, which is yours to keep, and plenty of practice sheets for you to continue perfecting your newly learned skill at home.
