Creative Meditation Breakfasts

This season we are teaming up with integrative well-being therapist Atifa Balding (Surrey Hills Wellness) to launch a nourishing Friday morning breakfast club, bringing together a therapeutic and mindful menu of workshops with a soft focus on self-care.
Fly: Spread your wings
Our summer Creative Meditation Breakfast is all about loving the skin you’re in. It’s about embracing change, its about metamorphosis and most importantly its about letting go of anything (body or mind) that might be weighing you down as you prepare to take to the skies!
We’ll kick off the morning with an energy boosting home-made breakfast, made with love by Ati. We’ll have some lovely local fresh coffee, tea and juice on the table too and a chance to chat around a communal table.
Over breakfast Ati will lead us on a sensory journey exploring our relationship to food and our bodies. We’ll explore mindful nourishment of the self and ways to connect to and celebrate the skin we’re in whatever stage of change you might be experiencing.
This will be followed by a super meditative zen drawing session led by Ellie Green where we’ll be exploring patterns (of both thinking and doing) and creating a beautiful zen-doodled butterfly to remind us of that quiet moment we created to re-connect to our higher selves.

The studio is located in the beautiful village of Newdigate, 15 minutes south of Dorking, just off the A24. Its a lovely rural setting with stunning views and plenty of free parking onsite.
