Creative Meditation Breakfasts
“The nourishment of body is food, while the nourishment of the soul is feeding others.”
This season we are teaming up with integrative well-being therapist Atifa Balding (Surrey Hills Wellness) to launch a nourishing Friday morning breakfast club, bringing together a therapeutic and mindful menu of workshops with a soft focus on self-care.
Flow : Let it all go
When we let go of that which no longer serves us, we make space for the new to enter our lives…
Our Autumn Creative Meditation breakfast is all about embracing the natural ebb and flow of life and we’ll do this by connecting to the motion and flow of water.
We’ll start with a grounding home made breakfast bowl and an uplifting smoothie as we sip a tea or coffee, chat and share around the table - after which the lovely Ati aka Surrey Hills Wellness will lead us on a gently sensory meditation journey inspired by the sounds of moving water.
This will be followed by a mindful creative workshop led by SAS founder Ellie Green - where we’ll explore flow through drawing and inks, adding water, getting lost in the gentle blooming shapes and patterns…making without a fixed destination or any pre-conceptions, just enjoying the moment.

Our Winter inspired meditation breakfast invites you to glow from the inside out. Expect a warming breakfast and soothing scents as we gather one last time to complete this series.
We’ll start the morning with a warming traditional Indian breakfast - prepared with utmost care and love by Ati (Surrey Hills Wellness). We’ll enjoy hand-made chapatis and a fragrant potato curry to awaken the senses.
We’ll follow this with a sensory journey combining essential oils, where you’ll sample a variety of scents, carefully selecting a blend that sings to your tune, learning about each oil and their properties.
Once' you’ve chosen a scent that’s just right for you, you’ll learn how to create a bespoke non toxic scented soy candle so you can take a slice of the morning home with you and light up your winter home.
