"Each person's life is like a mandala- a vast, limitless circle. We stand in the center of our own circle, and everything we see, hear and think forms the mandala of our life."

Pema Chodron

Join us at our studio in Newdigate for a 3 weeks of Mandala making workshops exploring pattern, colour and meaning and drawing out your own symbolic compositions using art and mind combined with a spiritual and soulful centre.

Mandalas are a touchstone for the mind and can be used as part of a journey of self-exploration as they tap into your subconscious. They can be used to sooth an anxious mind through making but also as a focal point for creative visualisation once produced.

Workshop time: 1:30 to 4:00 pm
