Join us for a creative breakfast meditation with a mindful twist as we prepare to BLOOM in June.
We’ll kick off the morning with an energy boosting home-made breakfast pot, made with love by Ati. We’ll have some lovely local fresh coffee, tea and juice on the table too and a chance to chat around a communal table.
Ati will then lead us on a sensory floral journey with a flower gazing meditation and guided visualisation. Flowers add an extra depth to our olfactory senses and in most cases evoke positive memories. This meditation is simple but powerful and connects us to our senses.
This will be followed by a dreamy botanical watercolour painting session led by Ellie from Surrey Art School. As the paint blooms and floods the page we’ll find beautiful floral forms using simple brush techniques and vibrant wet on wet watercolours.
