Join SAS Founder Ellie Green and Sally from Body Phonics as we work with a powerful and resilient plant ally - the darling Dandelion - to inspire an afternoon of creativity, healing and self -reflection.
The bright beautiful blooms of Dandelion connect to inner child healing and the solar plexus - seat of our personal power, the light we bring to the world.
We’ll work with the Dandelion in a multitude of ways - connecting tor her energy through meditation and guided journaling exercises to help you explore any subconscious dreams, wishes or indeed blocks that are preventing you from sharing your light.
Bring your inner child out to play as we doodle and paint this resilient little plant under Ellie’s gentle guidance.
And learn some EFT tapping techniques with Sally to help you clear any blockages and soothe your soul. You’ll also receive a specialised bach flower blend to support your solar plexus.
As always there will be a chance to chat and share as we drink a cup of Dandelion tea and tuck into home baked dandelion infused cakes. And we’ll close the gathering with a Reiki circle to power you up (buttercup) before you gently drift home on the breeze feeling grounded and at ease.

What’s included?
This beautiful mini-retreat includes refreshments, cake, all materials for the creative workshop and a Bach flower blend for you to take home on the day. We’ll also give you a little gift bag to take home.
What do I need to bring?
Bring a water bottle, a notebook & pen for journaling and wear warm / comfortable clothing. We’ll provide comfy cushions to sit on but if you want to bring a yoga mat and a blanket for extra comfort please do!
Anything else?
The Bach flower remedies have an alcohol base to preserve them. Please let us know when booking if this is going to be an issue for you.
