Join SAS Founder Ellie Green and Sally from Body Phonics as we tune into the energy of the Autumn equinox working with the Oak tree as our guide and the sacral chakra as our energy centre.

This phase of the Autumn season is a chance to take stock of our journey so far - considering what we are still carrying that needs to be released (the leaves) and which seeds we wish to plant in the next cycle (acorn).

This Autumnal Retreat includes:

• Grounding breathwork, guided journaling and EFT Tapping exercises

• A mindful creative activity working with home-made Oak gall ink & acrylic inks to tune into this phase of transformation and letting go.

• A barefoot walk and lymphatic shake exercises for release

• Guided fire-side singing / chanting and a letting go ritual..

And we’ll close the gathering with a Reiki circle to power you up before you gently drift home on the breeze feeling grounded and at ease.

This retreat also includes a selection herbal teas, home baked carrot cake and a gift bag to take away on the day which includes a special bach flower rollerball blend created especially by Sally to support you in this season.

What’s included?

This beautiful mini-retreat includes refreshments, cake, all materials for the creative workshop and a Bach flower rollerball blend for you to take home on the day. We’ll also give you a little gift bag at the end of the retreat.

What do I need to bring?

Bring a water bottle, a notebook & pen for journaling and wear warm / comfortable clothing. We’ll provide comfy cushions to sit on. Bring a pillow, blanket and extra yoga mat to be super comfy for the Meditation and Reiki circle.
